How FindBestStay Works

FindBestStay helps you get a better price on hotel bookings by matching your found deal or refundable booking against live rates available through our supplier network. If a lower rate is available for the same hotel and room, you can book it securely.
Customers may share a hotel price reference (screenshot, URL, or details). Find Best Stay checks availability and retrieves the prevailing price directly from hotels or third-party suppliers. All pricing is supplier-driven and dynamic.
Once submitted, the details are automatically validated with the respective supplier to check availability and identify a better rate. You'll receive a status update within 10 minutes — usually much faster.
FindBestStay helps you save money on hotel bookings by checking your found deal or refundable booking against better rates through our supplier network. You don't need to search multiple websites — just submit your deal, and if a lower price is available for the same hotel and room, you get it.
FindBestStay earns a small margin from hotels through its supplier network when a booking is successfully completed. There is no cost to submit a request, and you only book if the improved price works for you.
Hotel prices are solely determined, updated, and controlled by hotels or third-party suppliers. Find Best Stay does not set, modify, negotiate, or control pricing in any manner.
If the hotel or supplier is unable to honor the held rate due to availability or operational reasons, the customer will receive a full refund of ₹199. This is the only exception to the non-refund rule.
No. Find Best Stay employees do not influence or alter pricing in any manner. All prices are determined entirely by hotels and third-party suppliers in real time.

Pricing, Fees & Guarantees

We only share a deal if we are able to find a lower price for the same hotel, dates, and room type. If a better rate isn't available, you're free to continue with your original booking — no obligation.
No. The price shown at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden fees, commissions, or post-booking surprises. What you see is exactly what you pay.
No. Hotel prices are dynamic and may change at any time due to availability, demand, or supplier updates — even after a payment is initiated. This is the nature of live hotel pricing worldwide.
If payment is made and the hotel price or availability changes before confirmation, Find Best Stay shall not be liable. The customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
No. Find Best Stay does not offer discounts, negotiate rates, or guarantee price matching. Any variation in price is purely due to supplier availability or updates.

₹199 Hold Amount & Payments

Customers may opt to hold a hotel rate by paying ₹199. This amount allows the hotel rate to be temporarily locked until a specified cut-off date communicated at the time of hold.
No. The ₹199 hold amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — except if the hotel or supplier cancels the held rate due to availability or operational reasons.
Yes. If the customer completes the full payment before the cut-off date, the ₹199 hold amount will be fully adjusted against the total booking value.
If the customer chooses to cancel the hold, the ₹199 amount is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued under any circumstance.
If the remaining balance is not paid before the cut-off date: the hold automatically expires, the rate lock is released, the ₹199 amount is forfeited, and the hotel price may change or become unavailable.
Yes, only until the cut-off date. The rate is considered fixed and protected during the hold period. Once the cut-off date passes, pricing becomes fully dynamic again.

Bookings & Cancellations

Cancellation or modification depends on the hotel's policy and the rate selected. If you book a refundable room, refunds will be processed according to the hotel's terms. Always check the rate conditions before confirming.
If payment is made and the hotel price or availability changes before confirmation, Find Best Stay shall not be liable. The customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
