About This Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all bookings, payments, and hold amounts made on www.findbeststay.com ("Find Best Stay", "we", "us", "our"), which is owned and operated by ATW STAYS (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

By making any payment, paying a booking hold amount, or confirming a booking through Find Best Stay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Find Best Stay operates solely as a hotel price assurance, verification, and booking facilitation platform. Hotel prices and room availability are controlled by third-party hotels, suppliers, and service providers and are dynamic in nature.

We do not own, manage, operate, or control any hotel or accommodation provider. All bookings are subject to the respective hotel's policies, availability, and confirmation at the time of booking.

Many hotel bookings available through Find Best Stay are offered at special, discounted, or promotional rates and may be marked as:

  • Non-Refundable
  • Non-Amendable
  • Inside Cancellation Penalty Window
  • No-Show Applicable
No refund shall be issued under any circumstances for such bookings, including but not limited to:
  • Change of travel plans
  • Incorrect guest or booking details provided by the customer
  • Personal emergencies, illness, or delays
  • Visa rejection or immigration issues
  • Government advisories or travel restrictions
  • Failure to review booking terms before payment

Once a booking is confirmed, the customer bears full responsibility for reviewing and accepting the applicable hotel and supplier policies.

Find Best Stay shall not be responsible for errors or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including:

  • Guest name(s) mismatch
  • Incorrect check-in or check-out dates
  • Incorrect room occupancy or guest count
  • Missing or incorrect contact details
  • Special requests not honored by hotels
If a booking becomes invalid, unusable, or rejected by the hotel due to customer-provided errors, no refund shall be applicable — including in cases where the booking is otherwise refundable.

Hotel pricing and availability are subject to real-time changes due to supplier inventory updates, system delays, or market conditions. In rare cases, after a payment is successfully made, a hotel or supplier may:

  • Withdraw room availability
  • Revise the booking price
  • Decline confirmation due to overbooking or technical issues

Find Best Stay may offer customers the option to pay a ₹199 booking hold amount to temporarily reserve a booking until a specified payment cut-off time.

Step 1 — Pay Hold
Pay ₹199 to lock your hotel rate. Cut-off date and time are communicated via email.
Step 2 — Rate Protected
Your rate is fixed and protected until the specified cut-off. Dynamic pricing does not apply during this window.
Step 3a — Complete Payment
Pay the remaining balance before the cut-off. The ₹199 is fully adjusted against your total booking value.
Step 3b — Miss Cut-Off / Cancel
If full payment is not made before the cut-off, or you cancel the hold — the ₹199 is forfeited without exception.
The ₹199 hold amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. No extensions, reversals, or exceptions shall apply.
Only exception: If the hotel or supplier is unable to honour the held rate due to availability or operational reasons, the ₹199 will be fully refunded.
The hold amount is charged towards inventory blocking, rate protection, and administrative processing.

If a booking is eligible for cancellation as per the hotel's policy:

  • Refunds will be processed strictly as per hotel or supplier rules
  • Applicable cancellation charges may be deducted
  • Service, convenience, or processing fees may be non-refundable
⏱ Refund initiation timeline: 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

Final credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing time, which is beyond our control.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Find Best Stay may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Blacklisting from future services
  • Legal action in cases of misuse or fraud

Find Best Stay shall not be liable for:

  • Hotel service quality, amenities, or dissatisfaction
  • Overbooking or cancellations by hotels or suppliers
  • Force majeure events
  • Acts or omissions of third parties
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

By proceeding with payment or opting for the ₹199 booking hold feature, the customer expressly confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not proceed with any payment or booking.
